Daniel Pink's argument is embodied in the subtitle: why right-brainers will rule the future. While it's primary message is business-oriented, there is much that speaks to educators.

Pink discusses six senses that will be increasingly vital (and rewarded) in the conceptual age:

• Symphony
• Empathy
• Play
• Meaning.
