Goal of the NDE Administrator Learning Forum -- Virtual PLC

The goal of the Nevada Administrator Forum is to support Nevada administrators at all levels of the system as they co-create conditions for learning that are appropriate for 21st century student outcomes. 

Thus, during the 2010-2011 school year we are focusing on three overlapping areas of knowledge -- the 21st Century Skills Framework, Organization & Policy Context, and Co-Creative Leadership -- as reflected in this graphic:

To accomplish these ends, we provide a safe place for collegial conversation and dialogue by exploring the work of leading-edge thinkers and by encouraging, supporting, and facilitating our members' as they tell their stories in the context of transformational themes and questions.  The following graphic represents the logic model for our work:
